Shipping was $20, disclosed up front. I sent back a perfectly good working charger that was not the original charger, and was charged $15. Minutes were cheap, but the extra charges made this phone very expensive for the little I used it.

I am very technically challenged-but the instructions with the phone were excellent and I was able to use the phone easily the whole time I was in Israel. I would definitely use you again.

My experience was good all around. The people on the phone were very friendly and helpful. I took a blackberry because I wanted to be able to text easily & they didn't offer any other smart phones. Since I wasn't familiar with this version of bb, it would've been good if instructions were included. But, all in all, it was a good experience.

It was very handy to have the unlimited plan. It would be better if Amigo could upgrade to an iphone or another type of phone where it is easier to browse the internet and download some apps.

Reserved online with a phone call follow-up. My daughter lives in NYC therefore it was easy for her to pick up and drop off. Would recommend to anyone.
