Amino Club IS legit but their GLP3/RT is questionable.
Amino Club itself IS 100% legit. As a researcher who currently focuses on peptides, I know how many online providers are not what they appear to be so I check each one up/down and sideway.
Why I've deducted 3 stars. The quality/concentration of their GLP-3(RT) 10MG is not good, based on my knowledge and testing of Amino Club Retatrutide vs. the best Tirzepatide I have tested. Maybe it's Lot #RT0004 they sent for my Order #592217 that is simply much weaker than their norm.

Delivery was quick! but this Reta they sell... Its not doing anything like the ones i normally get... I think it could be fake? Should have used my local dealer again T_T. Ill give it 2 stars due to fast shipping of possible phony product

Takes forever to get a refund on an…
Takes forever to get a refund on an order that was cancelled prior to even being shipped. I cancelled my order due to back ordering on 4/28, I still have not received my refund of over $200! They said 3-1 business days, I'm not sure they will be refunding me and I may have to dispute the charge on my credit card. Also their site has constant problems making it unable to place orders.

Amino Club fell off
Amino Club has a strong customer base due to their competitive pricing. Anymore, the other big leaguers in this peptide space are out ranking Amino Club in price, customer service and (most importantly to me), delivery times. Their processing times are significantly higher than ever; one of my orders just got shipped today and won’t be delivered for four more days, when it was supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I paid expedited shipping on a second order, that, again, was supposed to be delivered tomorrow. It hadn’t shipped at all. Delivery dates for that order are nebulous at best.
After their payment system fiasco, they should be trying their best to rectify the situation by, idk, giving us the product we purchased within the estimated timeframe. Same day shipping was always promised if the order was placed before a certain time, which is not the case anymore.
Amino Club has gotten very big, very fast, and they do not have the support needed to run a company this large.
At the end of the day, Amino Club will learn what keeps a customer and what detracts. For every one loyal customer, they may earn many more from word of mouth, social media, etc. I’m a detractor moving forward. For every detractor, they will lose ten or so customers. I hope they get it together. They were decent when they were a newer company. Hopefully they can get back to that.

You're right. Fulfillment has been slower than it should be. We got hit hard and we're still digging out. But we've made changes on the backend and things are stabilizing. The issues that caused the delays are being addressed and we're pushing to get caught up.
We know what keeps customers and what doesn't. Fast shipping was one of the things we were known for and we haven't been delivering on that lately. We hear you.
We're working to get back to the standard we set when we started. We're not making excuses, just putting in the work.
If you ever decide to give us another shot, we'd like the chance to prove we've gotten it together.

Decent company and a slight issue
They’re a legit and good company to get peptides from and have had no bad side effects or issues with their products, only concern now is how long they’re taking on orders, when you place a order it says if you order by a certain time the order can be fulfilled that same day but it’s been a few days now and it still has not been sent out, all my past orders have shipped out same day and get delivered super quick but don’t know what’s going on this time around, just hope this doesn’t turn into a reoccurring issue

When my order got here one of the vials…
When my order got here one of the vials was cracked and one week later the Tesamorelin i ordered started to turn into gel. My son started taking these peptides and he was sent to the hospital for heavy metal entoxication.

Delivery is ridiculous.
Customer service is okay. But when it comes to delivery.. thats a whole other story. Its been 5 days past my expected delivery date. And then you contact them about it and they say " its your fault because you provided both a physical address and a PO Box... it takes longer to deliver to a PO Box." Im like so your telling me even though you have my physical address as well as my Po Box you cant tell the difference of where to send it to..? They said ok we'll give you a 25% refund.. absolutely ridiculous I just want ny order and if you cant get it to me then give me my money back. My tracking number hasnt even updated from new Jersey this whole time so..
