The filament frays easily even with a brand new 3D printer it still was awful because of this it takes ages to unblock my 3D printer. I will never use again, would not recommend.

We are sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced. We take all feedback seriously, however, we were unable to locate any order or purchase history under your name in our system. If you did purchase our filament, we absolutely want to help. PLA Silk requires specific temperature and lower retraction settings due to the special elastomers that give it its shiny finish; otherwise, it can be prone to fraying in the extruder gear. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your official order number or receipt. Once we can verify your order, we would be more than happy to help you troubleshoot your printer settings or issue a full refund to make things right. Amolen Support Team
