Sooooo disappointed in this company. At 2pm, I saw that I had a text and email sent at 9:52am that day telling me to confirm the delivery wi Dow time before the end of the day. At 2, I tried confirming and was not able to. At 2:30pm, I called and was told the confirmation window was closed and they have no idea when they would contact me again. That’s insane! I have a full time job and I’m a full time mom. I do not spend my day staring at my phone.

This company is terrible. I ordered furniture on 6/15/26 and AM received my furniture on 6/22/26. I received a message from Natasha at extension 217 and called her back. She wanted to charge me $200 to delivery the item inside my house and another $185 to do white glove where the put the item together and take the trash away. I had already paid for this service through the company I ordered it through and when I said that she said it’s an additional fee. I to her I would call her back the next day and she started telling me she needed the payment that day that it was urgent in order to schedule the delivery. I didn’t pay it and said I’d call back. I called the company I ordered the item from and they told me not to pay anything that they would contact the company to ensure I would not be charged extra. From there they asked me to have no more communication with the company they would schedule everything. The company I ordered from contacted me tells me me to expect the delivery by Thursday the 25th. Thursday came and went and no delivery. I contacted the company I ordered from again and they contacted me again saying expect a delivery Tuesday the 30th. That day came and went and nothing. I called AM left a message with Natasha at extension 217 and never got a call back. I called the corporate AM line and spoke to a customer service rep and they said expect a call for a Tuesday delivery. No one called, I emailed the company I ordered from again and said the same thing. They responded telling me I should expect a call by EOB 7/8 which is today for a Thursday or Friday delivery date. No one called so I called the corporate AM line again today and the person I spoke to said they didn’t have a escalation processes outside of email when I said I wanted to speak to someone. He gave me the runaround, cussed at me (I did cuss to because I mean shit they’ve had my $4,000 furniture for 3 weeks) and then hung up on me. Don’t order from any company that used AM as their delivery services, I have still not received my furniture.

If I could give a zero I would. This company does not even deserve one star. They have not delivered my order after 1 month of sitting in their facility and then on the scheduled delivery day they called and cancelled my delivery. This is the worst of the worst and they need to be put out of business

Well, they did get it here undamaged at 17 days. They were going to have it here supposedly in 11 days but called to say their truck broke down. I’m not sure if that was real or not, but there was NO attempt made at contacting me, rescheduling when I could be home and making it right after that. You can pay to have them haul off your old appliances but they’re not taking the boxes if you didn’t pay for “white glove service”. What a joke. Their communication is worse than any co I’ve ever dealt with. You can call the number they list and it’s a call center of “screen readers” in NYC with no useful info and their supervisor won’t take your call or call you back, refused to take my call three times. Email this trucking company and you get NO response until contacting your vendor who shipped with them. If the vendor you’re dealing with says they use “AM Trucking”, I would drive four states and pick it up myself. I’ve had many things truck shipped over the years, but never an experience like this one. I generously gave "2 Stars" for finally getting it here!

I purchased a table from AFA Stores on May 23rd 2026. I have called AM trucking, and they have yet to deliver my item. It appears that the item has been with them for over a month, and no one has attempted to reach out. Poor service. I purchased a table from AFA Stores on May 23, 2026, and I expect timely delivery. The item has been with them for over a month, and despite this, I have received no communication, an immediate update, or a resolution. from them. This level of service is unacceptable.

Terrible experience!!! Do not use this company. Two men from AM delivered our appliances from Home Depot. We paid for the white glove installation of new Forno appliances (fridge, stove, above range microwave, and range. The appliances came packaged very nice. They unpacked them outside for inspection and everything looked great. The AM crew did not speak English and were very rough and careless. They damaged the fridge by running it into the kitchen island. They tried to install the microwave but clearly did not know what they were doing and drilled multiple oversized holes in the new cabinets and the microwave sits crooked because it wasn't mounted properly. They did not finish the installation of the microwave and now not sure how to patch it up or make it look decent. They did not hook up the dishwasher or the range. Just dropped them in place not installing any hardware or bothering to attempt hooking them up or even plugging them in. Complained to AM. Find out it takes AM 30 business days to process a complaint. Extremely disappointed. I am shocked that Home Depot would recommend and use this company. I spent a lot of money on cabinets, counters, and appliances at Home Depot. Now we have no functional appliances and a fridge that we probably won't see for at least another month.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Try and get your delivery company switched if you can. I ordered a Couch and table, which were delivered on 24 June when original estimated delivery date was 1 June. Couch sat in warehouse 10 min from my house (tracking data) from 9-24 June. They no showed on me on 16 June after confirming the delivery date multiple times. Didn't call to tell me anything. They then confirmed 18 June..and then switched the delivery date to 24 June without telling me. Only cause I didn't recieve a call the day prior did I find that out. Asked for a manager to call me multiple times; was assured one would... one never did. I was repeatedly told "there was nothing we can do" when I asked for a solution to a problem. Long story short, if you order something and AM Trucking is the company, ask the company you ordered from to get a new delivery company.
