Dear Srimathi,
"Not sturdy" could mean five different things on this bike, and I don't want to guess and send you the wrong fix. Can you tell me which one it is — frame or weld, handlebar/stem, pedals, rack or fender, or the kickstand? A single photo of the part is enough; no video, no measurements.
While you're at it, two things genuinely fix most "flimsy" complaints on a newly assembled bike, because they ship from the factory under-torqued:
Wheel axle nuts and quick-release skewers — hand-snug isn't enough; these back off within a few rides and make the whole bike feel loose.
Stem bolts and pedal threads — pedals especially: left pedal is reverse-threaded, and if it wasn't driven fully in, it will feel like it's coming out.
Then here's the line I won't cross: if it's the frame or a weld, stop riding it and tell me. I'll process a full refund or a replacement frame immediately, no return argument, no troubleshooting loop.
Otherwise, name the part and I'll ship the replacement free. Email [email protected], subject "[Order #] — sturdiness", or just reply here.
Best regards,
