I had not renewed my subscriptions since October 2024, but got $55 charges on September 2026.
I called to dispute charges. Teresa promised a call back. No one called in more than 3 days.
I filed a fraud complaint with credit card.
Unethical business practices.

Mr. Gonzalez,
We're sorry for the frustration this caused. The charge you received was made in error, and we understand why both the unexpected charge and the difficulty reaching someone for follow-up were concerning.
After the issue was brought to our attention, the charge was refunded. We also appreciate you raising this, as it gives us an opportunity to review what caused the incorrect billing and the communication experience that followed.
We apologize for the inconvenience and concern this caused.

Unprofessional management and zero accountability. The only positive part of our experience was working with the attorney who formed our LLC—he was responsive, and the portal process went smoothly. Unfortunately, everything involving tax preparation was a complete disaster.
We paid top dollar and explicitly requested filing by April’s deadline without extensions. After seeing poor service early on, I asked for a different tax preparer within the first week, but was told we were stuck with whoever was assigned. Communication on the tax side was non-existent—no real updates, no phone calls, and empty promises of callbacks that never happened. They ended up taking actions without our consent, missed the deadlines, and left our personal and two LLC taxes completely unfiled, causing us to incur penalty fees. A single responsive attorney does not make up for a tax team that completely fails to deliver. Demanding a full refund.

Monica,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry that your experience with our tax team did not reflect the level of communication and service we expect to provide.
Your concerns have since been escalated and reviewed with tax leadership, and a manager has spoken with you directly to address your experience, clarify the status of the services provided, and discuss next steps. We have also taken additional steps toward resolution, including approving an additional refund.
We appreciate your candid feedback and the opportunity to address these concerns directly. While we recognize that your experience fell short in important ways, we remain committed to helping bring the outstanding matters to an appropriate conclusion.

I have found Anderson to be a joke
I have found Anderson to be a joke. when I need help it takes weeks unless you go through the Q/A which is not convenient or really helpful. There is a lot of unknown extra costs and no real help. a lot of money wasted.

Lynnell,
We're sorry to hear that your experience has left you feeling this way. We understand how frustrating it can be when the support available does not feel as accessible or helpful as you expected, particularly when you have questions you would prefer to discuss directly with someone. We greatly appreciate you sharing this feedback with us.
Our Platinum attorney team has reached out to you directly by email to help get you connected and address your questions and your concerns. We invite you to respond to their outreach so we can help coordinate the appropriate next steps to ensure you receive that support from us.

Not a personal experience, they have no time for you
I've been a platinum member for four years. I've purchased their lifetime LLC package, a tax prep package, and their lifetime estate planning package.
Their membership fees have been increasing. If you cancel, you can't receive benefits for any lifetime service.
I have not used the LLC creation plan I purchased once because they are so slow; I end up filing the LLC myself (it takes 30 minutes) and getting my EIN. I have real estate purchases to make and need LLCs within a couple of weeks. It takes Anderson about three months.
Tax prep package: I purchased this almost two years ago, and they didn't start working on it until two months ago. They had one job to start: file an amended return based on their review findings of an error from my prior CPA. I continually contact them and hear nothing back.
Their tax prep package does not include any planning. Neither my platinum membership nor the $5k tax prep package resulted in a CPA calling me to discuss my situation more than once. Anyone with complex business needs continual strategy sessions every quarter. They ignore my quarterly filing requirements.
In general, Anderson has no time for its members. They reel in customers through YouTube with service claims they can't support. Their hourly rates are extremely high-end for accounting and CPA work, such that it would only make sense to use them if you have a $1M+ business, since you'll be paying tens of thousands.
I'm tired of sending countless emails that get ignored or met with an administrator reply: "they're working on it."
They will refer you to their Zoom forums to ask questions, where you have to wait around for them to get to your question in a public forum.
I do not recommend Anderson Advisors.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience, particularly the delays and lack of consistent communication you described. We understand how frustrating it is to have to repeatedly follow up for updates, and we agree that we should have communicated more proactively.
Our leadership team has reviewed your concerns, and your tax team has been in direct contact with you regarding the outstanding work and next steps. We are continuing to work internally to ensure the remaining matters receive the appropriate attention and follow-through.
We also appreciate the broader feedback you shared regarding responsiveness, service expectations, and access to support. Feedback like this is important to us because it helps identify where the client experience is falling short of the standard we aim to provide.
We value the trust you have placed in Anderson over the years and hope we have the opportunity to improve your experience moving forward.

DO NOT USE their services
DO NOT USE their services! They will lie to you about sending documents to your county. They do not deliver when it comes to warranty deeds and help with this. A representative told me I'm not the only client who this happened to so trust me, I am not the only one complaining.

I attended Anderson's webinar on…
I attended, not Naomi. I attended Anderson's webinar on 07/25/2026.It was a very disappointing "Learning session" to say the least. It was their Tax & Asset Protection Workshop. The workshop's first presenter was Brent. We were supposed to be here to learn Tax and Asset strategies, not to hear about how he and his wife bought homes for profit and always praising Anderson Advisors and how great they were to him during his presentation. Nobody really cares about his relationship with Anderson. We were there to learn, and not to hear old war stories. He mentioned a court case but did not give the audience a reference number to the case that he quoted. I sent a Q&A question in so that I could verify the case and also to data check if what Brent said was even true. I had to ask the question twice because the first time was of no use. The answer from Anderson Advisors was useless. First, I would have to be of a "Membership status" Member to obtain that information. Then I had to explain that that case was classified as "Open records" case. Then the next response was that Anderson could "Not" give me the case number because it might cause/inflict pain and undo hardship if they gave the case number out to me. I reminded the Anderson Advisor again that case was an open file as per the courts. I also wanted to find out if Brent was even telling the truth or just trying to sideline the audience with this Razzel-Dazzle , miraculous case. What these actions taken by Anderson Advisors told me that there was absolutely no training as to how to handle a simple customer inquiry/complaint. This is a basic 4-step method that most industries have been using forever to handle an inquiry/complaint. This was such an easy one for them to handle. If Brent or Anderson Advisors did not want to give the information out, then just strike it from his speech in the first place. Then there is the severe pricing issue. Here we have a corporation with lawyers and CPA's offering their spectacular bundled 3 Packages in 1 offer for a value over $25,000 for only $7,500. That's a 67% discount. Does this remind anyone of a Time-Share experience? You never discount a professional product. Price your product/services correctly the first time. Unfortunately, the sales pitch sounded more and more like a Time-Share presentation as the session went on. Maybe that's why the captivated audience started with over 500 nonparticipating and dramatically dropped to 350 when Brent's speech was only 1/2 over. If Anderson Advisor's Group gets anything out of this, maybe, just maybe they still have a chance to mend their ways by the Dallas, Texas Convention date. Remember, be transparent, and put your best people, properly trained, on Q&A, not your worst. Left to right and top to bottom and stay on track. We were not there to hear old war stories from any of the speakers. We were there for tax and asset knowledge. Rule #1: Time is money. Rule #2: Time is money. Rule #3: Go back and read Rule #1!

Thank you for taking the time to share this level of detail about your experience at our July 25th Tax & Asset Protection Workshop. We know you invested real time attending, and feedback like this is genuinely useful for how we run these sessions going forward.
We're sorry the Q&A experience around the case reference fell short of what you needed in the moment. That's a fair thing to be frustrated about, and we want to make sure you actually get a clear answer rather than leaving this unresolved. Please reach out to your dedicated Senior Advisor directly, and they can help track down the specific case citation you asked about.
We also hear you on the pacing and content of the presentation; workshops like this are meant to balance real-world context with the tax and asset strategy content, and it sounds like that balance didn't land well for you on this occasion. That's helpful to know.
In fact, a member of our events leadership team tried reaching you by phone last week to discuss your experience in more detail. We left a voicemail and would still welcome the chance to connect whenever works for you.
Thank you again for the thorough feedback.

Yet another disappointing interaction…
Yet another disappointing interaction with Anderson Business Advisors. I had a 1 pm call with Attorney Lauren Robbins and was assured that she would be prepared for the meeting and understood the purpose of our call.
Within 2 minutes I could tell she was unfamiliar with my case and unprepared for the call. She hadn't even bothered to read the call history.
I asked if she would like some time to get caught up. She accepted and said she would call me back shortly. I expected a call within an hour... but by 4 pm EST the next day I still hadn't heard from her.
I followed up with her office, who said she would call me back in 10-15 mins. I waited almost an hour but still didn't hear from her.
I followed up with another call to ask about the delay and was told that I had been referred to Alex Butterfield and he would call me.
It's the same thing every time I call. I get passed around and around and nothing meaningful ever happens unless I make it happen. Once they get your money the accountability and personal contact ends. After working with them (well, trying to work with them) as if no one is in charge of anything in particular. The employees lob the clients all over the place like a tennis game with no court, no rules and no scorekeeper.
I have had a lot of my time wasted and endured a lot of unnecessary stress only to accomplish none of the protections I was told I'd receive.
I feel like I'm in Gen Z hell when I call their offices to try to get some of the service and follow through I'd paid for. I got so fed up that I asked for a refund and was denied!!!
If you like saying the same thing to different people over and over again, you'll love this company. But if you're more like me and you prefer professionalism, accountability, and results-oriented client service environment... look elsewhere. This isn't much more than a YouTube sales funnel with shiny, experienced attorneys in front of the camera and dimwits with very little professional, client-focused business experience on the back end.

What a disaster!!!!!!!!
What a disappointment, it been over a month and my LLC and C-Corp are not setup. We have sent multiple emails requesting the status of our entities yet they not not completed. You would be better off using ChaptGPT and do them yourself. I can tell you first hand the entire process could be done in under 1 hour including getting all the EIN numbers.

Hi John — we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.
The entity formation services you referenced were fully completed and active prior to the posting of your review, and well within the promised timeframe for completion. Any brief delay early in the process was related to confirming required information before filings could proceed.
For privacy and compliance reasons, all updates and documentation are provided directly to the primary account holder on the engagement. We’re unable to discuss client-specific details publicly, but we can confirm that all services purchased were completed as agreed.
An advisor attempted to reach out to you directly to address your concerns and ensure there was no misunderstanding, but did not receive a response. We welcome the opportunity to connect with you directly to clarify any remaining questions.
