Anderson Frank did not deliver. We had the first web professional referred and he did nothing. We would have a time set to speak and he would be at a gas station pumping gas as we conducted our conversation. The 2nd professional, due to their personal issues dropped out and did not take Anderson Frank phone calls - we were left in the dark without passwords etc... Then they referred a 3rd team, Anderson Frank bragging about how great this new team was, should have website done within a couple of weeks. This new team had a project manager and consultant that did nothing for our website but assisted the team with organization - at the time we were unaware that we were paying for their time also. The new team (ER Buddies) had an individual working on the site, then replaced that person with another individual. The two did things differently which screwed up the website as a whole. My contact, Anthony Vitale instructed us to pay the invoices and to just go forward. We did finally get a professional recommended that has been wonderful. However, his time has been spent fixing everything the past recommended professionals screwed up. I have spoken with my contact and his supervisor, Patrick to get some resolution only to send emails and leaving phone messages that never get answered. $300,000 dollars into it and we get no service from a company that is to provide service. Worst experience EVER! Would not recommend and have discussed with others that are using Anderson Frank and they has shared similar experiences. This is a company not to be trusted for the "professionals" they recommend nor the Anderson Frank support you expect and are told you will receive.
