I believe the first time wasn't exactly a charm, but the recruiter used lessons from the previous experience and made a perfect match on the next go-around. It was also clear that my personality was considered and this helped spark a match with my soon to be new org!

Tyler Quick and Tyler Gardener are fantastic recruiters.
