The Anngela Capital team has been very helpful, professional, and personable from the early exploratory discussions we've had throughout the entire purchase and rehab process. I highly recommend working with them!

I worked with Angela capital for a project that I was having a hard time securing the money Annroj FERNANDES and Roslyn FERNANDES were amazing to work with every step of the way And also, what was important for me was the timeframe the deal needed to be done and they exceeded my expectation. I will definitely work with them on my next project. Thank you guys.

Annroj and Anngela Capital were incredible. I came to them with a difficult task, to get my DSCR loan closed in only 17 days. They managed to have it clear to close in 10 days and I was able to even move the closing up. These guys are the real deal if you need any lending services they will be my go to from now on.

Every transaction is a 2-way street, you provided needed documents in a timely manner and you have a team that were prompt to all our requests - allowing us to close in a timeframe that we were able to! Good luck in your new investment and we are indeed looking forward to helping you scale and grow with future real estate transactions! Thanks, Anngela Capital

Annroj did an excellent job with my short term rental in Rhode Island. He made sure to get me the best rate he could get and made sure I had it locked in. The process takes a little longer the first property through Anngela Capital but is supposed to be faster for future properties.

Its almost unbelievable that they have below 8% hard money fix and flip rate, but they really do. Maybe thats the reason why their underwriting is a bit lengthy? No matter what, I got the best service with quick replies and always have updates to my questions and concerns. This is our first deal with them and I sure am will do it again.

Hello Mr Reyes, thank you for the lovely review. Like we had mentioned, the more deals with us the better rates and terms you will eventually get. Thank you for your patience as we navigated thru your file as a first time borrower, but indeed we were able to get you what you had wanted for your deal. Thank you for your business and trust that we will be here for you and your real estate needs.

Annroj guided me in creating an LLC and refinanced my rentals to it, improving my credit score and less risk for us. Thank you for being knowledgeable and for the patience the entire process.
