Why sell cameras you don't know how to fix? Don't know where to get replacement parts, don't offer repairs, don't offer helpful support, and don't even get me started on the customer service. This company is just a knock off of a different one. Save your money and buy from someone else.

I set up 2 Q4's 6 months ago, it was hot then and cold now, NOT a problem! They stay charged, ones on the north side and the other is south. North side stays low battery (never dies!) during long-term storms but works. The option to lower consumption helps if needed. I pay the $5 per mo. per camera and record 30 days 24hrs per., works great, all the options! , I may look into something with better image quality, (I can't make out lic plates, faces are clear but zoom is fuzzy past 4X. For the price, ease, and options you just can't beat em! Customer service has been helpful too!

Solar camera stop recharging the battery, TALKED to costumer service and ask me for information and video, camera still under warranty, he said they will send me a new one- wait patiently for 5 months asking from time to time for the status of the camera and then when my warranty expired they wrote back telling me that the warranty expired. What a shady Company

I would definitely recommend Anran camera's. It was totally plug and play. I connected the base module in to the internet router with the provided patch cord, turned on the camera's and that was it. Everything was already setup, I was totally blown away. Definitely would buy again.
