ANSgear.comReviews of ansgear.com

This place is terrible. Promote items as in stock. But they’re not. Fyi they bought action village on ebay. You will run into same issue with them on there. 4 orders. 4 incorrect orders or refunds for items listed and not in stock.

Great Customer Service! I am new to ordering from ANSGear, and am a bit surprised by the low ratings I see here. There was an issue with my shipment, and only 2 of the 3 items I ordered came in the initial shipment. Accidents happen, so I didn't think it was a big deal. I am leaving a 5-star review because of my experience getting this problem resolved over the phone with their customer service number. Someone answered the phone quickly, they were very apologetic, and shipped out a replacement immediately. They did 2-day shipping on the missing item so that I could have it for my weekend game. It seems like this experience has not been the norm for other people - but maybe they are making efforts to improve this. I just had a terrible customer service experience with another company, so it was nice to have a good one here.

I wasn't given the option to repurchase or have the airsoft replica reshipped when it arrived in Spain; it was held up by customs, and returned to the sender. I find it very inconsiderate of them not to have notified me. Luckily, I found and bought the same airsoft replica within the European Union, even though the price was a bit higher. As I said, even if an airsoft replica is cheaper on ANSgear, I prefer paying more to buy it within the EU, where I know for sure it will arrive. Not recommended.

Ought a full set forn$340 a an a gift . However had to return it . Shipment cost me around $130 . Now I know why they don’t it provide shipping labels . Sucks

This isn’t about the gear purchase but their shipping choice and using FedEx which has to be the worst shipping company on the planet. Don’t expect to get your gear on time. It will probably set unchecked in a hub somewhere while the delivery date goes nowhere on their app.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I ordered from ANSGear in good faith after entering my UK address, postcode and county into the checkout. The website offered me several shipping options, including FedEx International Economy, which I selected because it was much cheaper than the alternatives. ANSGear accepted my order, took payment, prepared the shipment and provided FedEx with a commercial invoice clearly describing the paintball items. FedEx accepted the parcel, transported it from California to the UK, and only then informed me that the shipment fell under FedEx's prohibited/restricted items policy and may be abandoned or destroyed. This is not a UK customs issue, as I hold a valid UKARA membership and the items are legal for me to import. My disappointment is that ANSGear offered a shipping method that ultimately could not complete delivery for my order. I have not received the goods I paid for, and I am now having to pursue the matter through my credit card provider. I hope ANSGear reviews the international shipping options it offers so other customers do not experience the same situation.

Ordered a Acculock barrel and they sent the wrong threaded inserts. they were quick about getting the return label to me and even upgraded the correct package to 2 day shipping to try and get it here by Christmas. These folks are amazing

2 out of 3 deliveries went sour, 1.st they forgot to pack a barrel back and when contacted totaly denied it and made referense to that the weight of the package alone was prof that they did not forget it... its just that the weight actually proved that there was an item missing.. 2'nd order was of a new barrelback to replace the missing one from order 1 .. that one was actually delivered. 2'nd mishap was that they shipped a tipx flared magwell instead of a emf100 flared magwell and this time they demanded that we should take a photo of the order slip in the package ? really ? just have a friggin look at the packing slip from the order in your system. done with them now
