You will not get a full refund. I tried to call them and chat with them within an hour of my shipment arriving. The phone number does not work and there is no one to chat with. I've tried 3 times since then for both on 3 different dates. Same thing. I paid $117 for "medium" frames that are not medium - quite large. It takes them days to respond to emails - one response was 6 days. They will only refund $41 for the frames. Do yourself a favor. Order from a company that will back their product and website description of their products- eyebuydirect.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with the frames, refund, and customer service—this is absolutely not the level of service we want you to have. We take your feedback very seriously and will share everything you’ve said with our team to improve our sizing descriptions, refund policy, and response speed. We apologize again for the frustration and inconvenience we’ve caused you.
