I've had a phenomenal experience in purchasing 4 pairs of glasses. The prices are unbeatable. Every pair has met or exceeded my quality expectations, the prescription is not compromised, the packaging is unparalleled and the delivery is quick with emailed updates. I've been so impressed, I've ordered another 4 pairs. I've recommended Aoolia to coworkers who complimented my eyewear, and I'm sure will refer more in the future.

I submitted my prescription and the wrong prescription was ordered and I asked for a copy of the prescription submitted without any response or submitting of new glasses.

The website is user friendly to some degree in guiding your prescription glasses selection. My issue is the inability to speak with a human for specific questions that the chat bot cannot answer. It is frustrating when you need clarification on exchange and return policies, measurements of frames etc and the chat bot responds inaccurately. If Aoolia wants to use a chat bot for customer service then it needs to be upgraded to be more intuitive. This will be my second pair from this site. The first worked out quite well for the cost which I do appreciate.

Thank you so much for your honest and detailed feedback. We truly appreciate you being a returning customer for your second pair, and we’re glad your first glasses worked well for you. We fully understand your frustration when our chatbot cannot properly answer your specific questions about return & exchange policies and frame measurements. Your suggestion to upgrade our chatbot is very valuable, and we will forward it to our technical team. If you have any questions that the chatbot can’t resolve, please email us at [email protected], our human support team will get back to you to clarify all your concerns.
