I really appreciate help of Saurav & Hafeez for getting my tax amendment filed. They spent lot time to understand my concerns & provided necessary inputs to push it thru. Saurav was very handy to give any updates or if I need to call. Thank you so much for your efforts.

I recently had an exceptional experience with AOTAX, primarily due to the outstanding service provided by my assigned CRO, Mr. Hafeez. His attentiveness and proactive approach were evident throughout the process, as he consistently followed up to ensure my amendment tax returns were filed in a timely manner. What particularly impressed me was his thoroughness in reviewing my previous filings and implementing necessary corrective measures. The level of service was so impressive that I would gladly choose AOTAX for all my future tax filings, especially if I could work with representatives of Mr. Hafeez's caliber. This has been my best experience with AOTAX to date, and I commend the company for their commitment to customer service and excellence. AOTAX truly demonstrates their dedication to customer satisfaction, and they deserve recognition for maintaining such high standards.

I would like to share my recent experience with AOTAX. My wife is currently undergoing treatment for triple-negative breast cancer, and we are going through a very difficult time. As part of managing our medical expenses, we urgently needed to apply for an ITIN number for her, since she does not have an SSN. This document is essential for us to settle hospital bills and make our monthly insurance premium payments. Mr. Saurav from AOTAX went above and beyond to assist us. He understood the urgency of our situation, patiently answered every question—no matter how small—and remained calm and supportive despite my many calls. His professionalism, empathy, and dedication truly made a difference for us. I sincerely wish Mr. Saurav all the best in his career. People like him—who not only think but act with compassion—are the ones who truly win hearts
