I put 4 because everything was fine with the delivery, but the communication falters.

Sent wrong replacement battery even though I sent all relevant info about it . It took weeks to arrive and was then told there's no way of returning it. £ 100 pounds for something I don't need . Won't be using aovo again.

I really don't know how people claim to have a bad experience with the customer service. I bought an scooter that worked fine for months, but I once had an issue with a broken controller, then with the folding system and I got both pieces sent in no time without even paying a cent. They were also very nice and attentive. Edit: Nah, the tubular piece that joins the handle with the board just broke in half within a year. I read about other customers that suspiciously had the same issue in the same amount of time, don't buy from this brand.
