I needed to set up power on a property in Texas. I live in another state. Teresa went above and beyond to walk me through the process. Smooth and painless. Would highly recommend.

I live on disability and unfortunately my electric got cut if. I called as soon as I had money to start a payment plan and get my electric back on. They refused a payment plan said they had to have full payment. I have some extenuating circumstances I tried to explain. They wouldn't even listen so if you ever need help with your electric don't use APG&E, they truly don't care. My review is a negative rating. -5
