Sherry was great
Sherry was great! She explained everything well, and even chitchatted with me. Even though I was still setting up the warranty, I already had a claim I was going to need to make. She explained the process and told me how to navigate the phone tree easily, then sent me an email with the instructions so I’d have them for later. Great customer service.

So far so good-or not.
Initial consultation was great. Very informative no high pressure sales and will be nice to have a consistent contact throughout the policy term. UPDATE 3/9/26-Asked for our inspection report so basically they are deny anything listed in it, even tho the warranty was the compromise from seller for all the issues found. Had repair completed but now keeps saying no records to show when I try to log into claims center to submit for reimbursement. I've registered several times/ways, trued resetting email twice but get no email to reset it. Yet another example of corporate sludge, making things difficult just to stall paying out.
