My rating is the customer service. Called a few times for assistance with renewal payment. Stated too busy And hung up. I managed to renew but u are basically on your own with customer service. Great value if u are able to make the payment

Apollo used to be great! It asks for an update and when you do, never updates. Current movies are not true movies, but a cam video, sooo cheap, can't fix the close caption, it's in Spanish. APPOLLO, HAS BECOME SO DISSAPPONTING!!!!!!!!!

Signed up for new subscription. Website says once payment received it's instant activation. It's now been 7 hrs and still no service. Tried to cancel subscription. They never respond. I thought this was a good iptv company. Was I ever wrong!!

I have never worked so hard to buy a product or service from a company. It is like they do not want new customers or their money. After many attempts to download their app to my firestick of which none of them worked, I finally came across a link by accident that worked. I got the software loaded and tried it out and it does work, but then I attempted to buy a subscription. This is a complete joke as you have to go through a six or seven step process involving bit coin and other third-party players in order to pay them. Why cant they simply take a credit card? Then there is the customer service issue which is incredibly bad. I am sure they are very busy as nothing they put out online works. They could save an incredible amount of money and make an incredible amount of revenue just by simply cleaning up the install process. This would also reduce the load on their customer service end. I hope someone in the company reads this, but I doubt they really care.

I've had this app on my phone for many, many years now.All of a sudden, all it does is spin spin spin.I pay way too much money per year to have this application on my t v 42 not be working

This site was good in the beginning about 4 years ago now it is junk i don't know who took it over but there going lose a lot of customers me for one glad my subscription is up this month i'm out.

Apollo Group TV has gotten my money twice!!! I paid to renew my subscription and now they have cut me off saying it's time to renew. I paid $160 on this past Saturday for a year subscription, it's now Wednesday and they ended my subscription. This is the SECOND time that this has happened to me with them!!! They texted me to see when they can help me with renewing my account...I texted back "NOW" since I shouldn't have needed help bc I paid already...no call or response! When it works...it's not bad, just know that they will scam you out of your money and there is no way to get in touch with them!!! This irritates me so bad...GARBAGE!!! DO NOT DO IT!
