We are 100% certain that this is not a genuine customer review! Our company has received multiple threatening and extortion emails in which the sender explicitly claimed that they had been paid to post negative reviews about our business. We have preserved all of the email correspondence as evidence and have already submitted it to Trustpilot as part of our report.

First of all, we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. After understanding your situation, we reached out to you promptly and expressed our willingness to support your return request. However, we did ask that you cover the return shipping cost, which you declined.
