I returned an unopened undamaged perfectly cube shaped square box -with a pool part in it to this company through Amazon. They took out a $32.85 restocking fee unfairly …as I returned it the day after I received it undamaged less than 30 days meeting the requirements do not assess this fee. From now on, I will take a picture when I leave products at the drop off location. I don’t believe it was damaged in transit. I believe this company is NOT being honest with Amazon about the receipt of the product.. I FILED AN A-Z CLAIM WITH AMAZON AND THIS COMPANY DENIED IT ! BUYER BEWARE of this company ! Amazon was gracious and gave me a gift card as i’ve ulnever had one issue with ANY returns through Amazon and over a decade of ordering from them. Amazon is an awesome company.. Hayward | SP32900VSPX1 | TriStar VS 900 Pump with OmniX | 1.85 HP 230V Single Phase × 1 I received this item May 29, 2026 and have worked on it every day since, trying to program it. I haven't been able to program the VS pool pump. Followed all the instructions enclosed with the pump, the manual and the plastic sheet of instructions intended for a quick start. You can talk to Joseph ... he knows and has recommended that perhaps I should call the Hayward people for help. This should be a whole lot easier to do. I've been trying for about a week now and just can't get it done. The buttons don't always do according to the instructions. I've purposefully wiped out all of my instructions and started over again several times to no avail. I'm going to try again today. And again, step by step. Perhaps this will be the day of success.
