Great guys and easy to work with. In my case I have no way of knowing whether or not they were directly responsible for solving my problem with Amazon, but their persistence in contacting Amazon through their channels, certainly helped if it wasn't ultimately the key driver.

I had been dealing with Amazon for 2 months trying to get an ASIN reinstated due to someone hijacking my listing. I was getting no where, it took phone call after phone call and always the same response. I decided enough was enough, I was about to have a baby and didn't have the time so I wanted to get some outside help. That's when I hired Appeal Wizards. Amanda was amazing, she was very personable and spoke to Amazon on my behalf many, many times over a few months. Even though it took a few months which was Amazon's fault, finally the ASIN was reinstated! I couldn't be more happy and grateful that I enlisted their services to help with my very complicated listing issue! Thanks again!

Each point of contact with the team was superb. Amanda was patient, challenged us to think about the appeal and it's audience, gave detailed responses and all communication was quick and on-point. We received regular updates and in the end were successful. 2+ years off Amazon and Appeal Wizards got it fixed!!!

This has been a wild ride for me. Let's start from the beginning. I believe sometime in August of 2021 my account got suspended. I didn't know why or what was causing this suspension. I would call customers support but they wouldn't be blunt with me about what was happening with my seller account. So I googled for help and saw Appeal wizards. Gave them a call, Derek started to tell me what they could do for my account. I look around a little bit more and the prices were a lot higher for others like riverbendconsulting. So I went with appeal wizards. A little scared but now looking back I should have gone with them a lot sooner I believe my issue would have been fixed faster!! I had to be very patient in this process because Amazon stopped looking at my appeals. Amanda helped me work with Amazon and write an appeal very specific to my situation. Amazon didn’t give me much hope, but appeal wizards did not give up on my account. Thank you for your help and accommodating my calls during all times of the day.

They are so wonderful. They work almost 6 months on my case and then they succeeded. Thanks, Appeal Wizards. I recommend this company to anyone who is having problems with their amazon account.
