Great guy, helpful and fun. Bought a certificate from him recently and it was a great experience. Don’t have any words to say what I feel right now. But yeah I can definitely vouch for Manpreet.

Works, and kind a promissing, but don't expect to get any particular support or a solution to any particular enquery! plus if the cert expire/get revoked, expect at least 2 months before getting a new cert. (don't trust me check by yourself on the telegram group when the certs are re emitted) At the end of the day does not justify at all paying a premium for a service that come without support or at least just clear answers to your requests, Apptesters may answer support request but often without following through and with 2 or 3 months delay. I would really prefered a true label on that service which is don't expect support nor fast handling ESPECIALLY when its about a revoked cert or any particular additional request. Other providers are as low as 3$ and even at that price the support is amazing. Final thoughts its not worth it, you will waste your time! support is mean, disrespectful and unprofessional, proof are public on the telegram channel of the service, more over the owner don't hesitate to ban users for very light reason like negative review or even less and also does not hesitate to doxx users who charge back on the telegram channel which is illegal! Once again all proof are shamelessly public on telegram, this is a genuine review, apptesters is trying to delete my review. Support go to justification to delay is others life's occupations, meanwhile this services is not free! makes no sense whatsoever.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. While we respect every customer’s right to share their experience, we would like to clarify a few points: 1. Certificates & Revocation Your certificate was delivered and worked as expected. Apple revocations, however, are completely outside of our control—this is an Apple-imposed system limitation, not something caused by AppTesters. We are fully transparent about this in our terms and policies before purchase. 2. Support & Policies We always encourage customers to open a ticket with their order details so we can properly assist them. Writing negative comments without providing your order information makes it impossible for us to verify and resolve your case. Reviews have also been repeatedly removed by Trustpilot for violating their guidelines, yet reposted in the same form, which unfortunately does not help create constructive dialogue. 3. Respectful Communication Our team always aims to respond politely and professionally. If a conversation ever feels difficult, it is usually because of disrespectful or offensive messages received first. We encourage open, respectful communication so we can resolve issues quickly. We understand revocations are frustrating, but that frustration should be directed at the system Apple has in place, not at the service that successfully delivered what was promised. If you reach out to us directly with your order details, we would be glad to look into your case and assist further. Thank you, AppTesters Team

Went against my better judgment, and figured I would give apptesters a shot instead of iOSrocket, despite having excellent service with the latter. They told me that the cert would be ready in 72 hours. It’s day four, and there isn’t as much as a peep from them. No updates in my account about the cert, nor any other form of notification. I guess I shouldn’t have given them the chance to prove themselves, considering their apparent scamworthy nature. It seems I’m not the only one either, as there have been others that have complained about buying a cert and not getting anything from them in return as well. I guess the worst case scenario is that I go the chargeback route, if they can’t get their act together. This is complete and utter silliness that they can’t do any better than this when attempting to provide a service to a given customer base.

Hi Chad, We looked into your order, and it seems that after completing payment, the UDID details were never submitted. Without the UDID, we are unable to process or deliver the certificate. We also did not receive a reply from you when we tried to follow up for this information. We completely understand your frustration, but this review is not a fair reflection of our service. Once the required details are provided, certificates are always delivered as promised. Please reach out to our support team with your UDID, and we’ll be happy to process your order right away. Thank you, AppTesters Team
