Very simple easy to follow process and quick delivery

Website could be more clear so that the user will know which one to use. I was told that one APVI site is for corporate users and the other is for non-corporate users. This is clear when you go to either site. Also, the first customer service rep. that I spoke with who mentioned the difference of the two APVI websites; gave me misinformation about your office hours which added to my cost when trying to get my passport delivered by FedEx. After those hurdles were crossed, the service was very fast and I was pleased.

This was a great company to work with. There is some trepidation in working with an unknown company for such an important process with a tight timelines, but I felt more at ease once I called the number and talked with an actual person who seemed to understand the process and knew what they were talking about. The 5-day process actually took 6 days, and they put a APVI brand sticker on the new passport which took off some of the passport cover when I removed it--why put a sticker on there at all? Would have liked some communication throughout the process, such as a confirmation of receipt of passport, notification of submission to the U.S. government, notification of completion, notification of shipping, etc. As it was, I only was able to track the process by looking at the tracking number I provided and the money trail of when a check hit the bank. Overall, I would use them again if I needed to, and would recommend them to anyone who needed their passport expedited.
