Great and quick support. My issue was taken very seriously and Aqara acted quickly. After my own investigation, they turned on a debug log but in the meantime they pushed new firmware that solved the issue.

My problem was sorted quite quickly and full refund was provided for the annual fee that was debited after i had previously cancelled the subscription. Ella was very responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. Great customer service.
