We have a customer protection program that would have allowed us to reimburse you for the damaged item within a couple of days, had you contacted us first. It is disheartening to hear that you had a bad experience with our services. We take customer satisfaction seriously, and I assure you that your experience was not typical of the service we provide.
 I would like to clarify a few points regarding your review. Firstly, we acknowledge that there was a delay in the delivery of your order, and for that, we are truly sorry. It was a Christmas season rush, but as soon as we read your email, we acted promptly to correct the error and send you the correct order. 
 Regarding the quality of the image, I would like to clarify that we use the best quality printers, paper and inks for our posters. We stand by the quality of our products and ensure that they meet our high standards before they are shipped. Therefore, I find it difficult to believe that the image was printed with a cheap printer. However, I understand that you may have received a product that did not meet your expectations, and for that, I apologize. We will conduct an inspection of the printing facility that was responsible for fulfilling your order to ensure that it meets all applicable printing norms and standards. We would be more than happy to work with you to find a solution that meets your needs and ensures your satisfaction.
