I loved working with everyone at Archway. However, I was a little disappointed in the promotional process. I don't really see where it was worth the money I spent on promotions. If I see changes I will be happy to amend my review

For my first time publishing a book. Archway simplified the process. Answered my question and made the whole process easier.

The team at Archway were fantastic. The whole process was clear, engagement was great and actions were prompt. Keep it up!

Archway is awesome. Easy yo work with

I chose to self publish because I did not want to go through the rejection process. I chose Archway because of its affiliation with Simon and Schuster. On initial contact I was promised that a concierge would 'hold my hand' every step of the way. This was not the case. I was often left adrift in my ignorance. However, I persevered and am happy with the professional look of the end product. At every step I was offered additional services. I selected several. In the end, each copy of my book cost me around $100. It was worth it to me as a final memoir for my friends and relatives. However, reading books is out of style and the great grandchildren are unlikely to ever read it. Perhaps publishing was an exercise in futility, but the process and the experience was fun. So I offer a mixed review. Publishing a book was certainly as interesting as the Covid-canceled cruise I had planned.

Josue McGraw was a joy to work with. Bob Degroff came through for me with my numerous demands and finally Michael at printing helped with the finished product. They helped with licensing and distribution which was wonderful. I would recommend Archway any day to friends and acquaintances

As a first time author I was scared that I wouldn't be able to find a publisher that I could trust. Every step of the way Archway proved that they were as interested in making my project a success as I was. I couldn't be happier with our partnership. Overall, I have had a lovely experience with them publishing my first novel DANNY AND MJ. The book cover was beautiful, and the binding in amazing quality. As for the staff, their energy matched mine. Every question was answered promptly by the method I asked, either phone or email. It’s like they held my hand through each process. As a first time author, those gestures were appreciated. I do regret the extras being purchased, marketing gimmicks, etc, as it did nothing to boost my book or its sales. A simple lesson learned. I am now ready to publish my second novel and will most likely contact them again.
