I have been waiting a very long time for the release of an album that just got delayed another month while having purchased two other records with this order, but not knowing and not being informed before purchase that when purchasing a pre-order none of your order will ship until the pre-order is released Update: the store contacted me and has helped with this issue it has been very nice to see a response and look forward to further purchases in the future

Hey there Nick, We’re really sorry for the frustration this caused. We always try to make this policy as clear as possible (it’s shown right under the preorder button, as well as on our FAQ and policy pages). The goal was never to make anyone unhappy - it’s just how we keep shipping costs low and prices better for our customers. That said, we totally get your situation. One of our team members will reach out to you today so we can find a solution that makes both sides happy.
