Arcticspastore.com is the online store for Arctic Spa parts, filters, jets, control panels and accessories. We focus on providing all products and accessories for every Arctic Spa owner no matter where you live.I started Arctic Spas Utah in 1989 as a spa service company. I was still in high school at the time. In fact since I was not 18, I had to have my mom get my first business license. I lived near Park City, UT, probably one of the highest per capita locations for hot tubs in the world. There was plenty of spa service needed. In 1996 my dad told me that I would be doing the same thing forever unless I opened up a store. With his help, we opened our Park City store. A couple years later, I found the perfect spa. We started selling the Arctic Spa in 1998 and were drawn to the design for the cold climates. The following year we opened our Salt Lake Store. Over the years we have received many awards including Arctic Spa Dealer of the Year and Arctic Spa Service Dealer of the Year.We are also an accredited with the BBB with an A+ rating as well as being spasearch.org certified.

Customer notification or providing updated status not part of process. Got order confirmation quickly but, status remained in awaiting shipping for several days. Would be good to provide customers with update or set an expectation when delivery will occur.

I made an order on February 18th(order#4093), and while I realize that it was ground shipping for free, it has been in an "awaiting shipment" status since February 19th with no update since and it is now late evening on February 25th. The order was for 2 pivot arms for a cover lift, hardly large or heavy requiring any special shipping. It doesn't seem like very good service for something as simple as an order.

I placed my order from you all on 10/26. As of today, 11/4, 9 days later my order is still waiting to be shipped?!?!? Considering that your onzen system in my tub is a complete lemon (it has worked for a total of 3 months and I have owned the tub for over 3 years; been replaced at least a half dozen times), I would have hoped other parts of your company operate better. Guess I was wrong there too.

I am not sure what happened here. We did receive your order on the 26th. We shipped it out on the 28th. When I track the package it showed that it was delivered on the 4th. I am not sure if you did not receive the email confirmation with the tracking or what happened. However, from our point of view, our performance was much better that you explained in your review. As far as your Onzen System is concerned, we would be happy to help you with this. Many times it is a misunderstanding of how it works or what is needed for it to work properly with pH levels, salt levels, etc. Let me know the problems you are having and I would be more than happy to help. Placed an order 9/2/2013 left an email with no response 9-8/2013 I called on 9/9/2013 said I must have fallen through the cracks Poor customer service

Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry we did not communicate this better. We will do a better job in the future. It does look like you received your order on the 12th though, 10 days from the time you placed the order to the time you received it including shipping time and weekends. My order was placed a week ago and since they charged my card there has been no activity on my account. I have sent in emails and have only gotten a standard reply of thank you we are looking into it but no other responses? This is my first time ordering and will be my last if this is how every order is handled.

We apologize for the delay and we obviously dropped the ball in not sending you an email regarding your order. Whenever we have an item that is on backorder, we try to always send an email telling you the status of your order.

had questions so i tried calling--on hold 3-5 minutes, then had to leave call-back info. 24 hrs later--no call-back so i called again same-o same-o. at end of 2nd day ,i emailed and asked to at least get some email back. got a response next day. took a chance and ordered on-line. next day got an email that my order had been accepted. next day 6-7 days ago got an email that my $134.00 order was awaiting shipment----no tracking no nothing. last year i spent probably 6-8k dollars on-line without a hitch. won't be able to say that this year. p.s.--still don't have the items i ordered

We apologize for the delay. We normally send an email to inform the customer if an item is on backorder, but we went through our email history and didn't find one for your order. Your first item is on it's way, you'll receive an automatic email that will have the tracking number for that shipment. The second item is a special order item from the factory and we should receive that next week. As soon as we receive it, we'll ship it right to you and you'll get a confirmation.

We apologize if you were never notified, we normally send an email if we have an item on backorder. We are currently waiting for the smaller PeakII filter from the factory. Our order of filters is on it's way and we should receive them this week. As soon as we receive the missing filters, we'll get your shipment out right away and you will receive an email with the tracking info.

The unstained cedar products are special order items that have to be specially ordered from the factory in Canada. It can sometimes take a little longer for us to receive the unstained products since they have to be custom built for each order. We apologize for the delay, but your unstained storage steps are on order from the factory and will be shipped to you as soon as we receive them.
