Arctic Wolf Networks has been a total game-changer for us! As an IT Director managing ~400 people across multiple offices, keeping up with cybersecurity got pretty stressful sometimes—especially given all the geo-political tension lately and the big AI boom! But with Arctic Wolf on our side, we’ve finally got eyes everywhere. Their Concierge Security Team is like having a team of security ninjas watching our back 24/7, finding and stopping threats before we even know they exist. It's like having a security blanket for the entire network, with visibility across all of our systems under a single dashboard and unlimited data ingestion! We had major data ingestion issues with SPLUNK previously. What makes them stand out is how easy they are to work with. Their platform plugs right into everything we’re already using, so no complex setup to worry about. And their team isn’t just sitting back, waiting for things to go wrong—they’re proactively giving us advice and strategies tailored to our needs and in-line with ISO, NIST and SOC2 compliance standards. They've helped us build a more secure environment without drowning us in complexity or buzzwords. Honestly, Arctic Wolf has made our cybersecurity feel effortless, which is something I never thought I’d say. They've taken a load off our shoulders, and knowing we have experts keeping watch means we can focus more on driving the business and less on worrying about the next cyber-incident. Highly recommend!

Security information event management (SIEM) requires a significant effort, first to integrate multiple disparate security data sources to provide visibility, and secondly an equally material amount of internal cybersecurity expertise to traverse data, often just to be reactive. By entering the comprehensive 24/7 Managed Threat Detection and Response agreement with Arctic Wolf, they now help us being proactive instead by detecting and responding to threats before they impact our business.
