Hi Paul,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad your jersey arrived in good condition.
Regarding the customs duty charge: all international customs fees, taxes, and duties are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer. This information is clearly stated on our website and may vary depending on the country. In the United States, the exemption for shipments under $800 was removed, which is why FedEx issued a duty invoice for your order. We declare the value of the product accurately ($40) to minimize any charges, but we cannot control US customs regulations or fees.
We apologize for any inconvenience and encourage checking local customs rules before placing international orders.
Best regards,

in response to last buyer comments: Dear Paul, We are not familiar with how your business operates; not all businesses work the same way. In our case, we ship worldwide, making it practically impossible to cover all customs costs for every country given the constant changes—such as the recent situation in the U.S., where the $800 duty-free exemption (de minimis) has been eliminated. While our administrative office is indeed in Orlando, as stated in our store (that´s correct), all shipments are sent from Argentina to the rest of the world. This is clarified in our store's Terms and Conditions; regardless, we have increased the visibility of this information to prevent future misunderstandings. Thank you
kind regards,
