Arkadium has always been responsive when I’ve run into a problem playing one of their games. I’ve had health problems during the time of this last issue, so I haven’t been able to be fully invested in the process of helping them find a bug. I don’t know how much it exists anymore because I haven’t been able to play as often, but I’ve found that, unlike a lot of providers of services, the people at Arkadium respond promptly and stay with an issue until they’ve got it resolved. That’s fantastic.

Everything is working wonderfully well now!!! Even faster than before as well! Thank your IT/support for such a quick response and resolution within 24 hrs!! I must give praise to your team! Other game sites do not communicate at all nor do they respond as timely as you did! I am so pleased to be able to play the Arkadium games, so challenging and are very fun!! I have played the games for quite awhile and never had a problem before, so Kudos to your team!!

I'm retired, I spend plenty of time playing games on Arkadium. I really like their wordle-equivalent Hurdle. I also like the scrabble game and a few others. Occasionally, I've had problems with the site and their customer support has been very helpful and responsive. It is inexpensive to subscribe for no ads and well worth it.

As a Wordle addict, I was thrilled to find the Hurdle game brought to you by Arkadium. Recently though I was having a problem accessing the game through their website. I sent a message to the developer, totally expecting to be ignored which has been my experience with other developers. However I received a fantastic and quick response and by discussing what I was experiencing and what I was doing, they gave me a quick fix and then followed up a day or two later saying that they had made changes that fixed the original problem. Great customer service does exist!
