Well, the games are excellent quality and fun to play. The Arkadium Support Team is a great help. The issue was efficiently fixed and I am glad to be a customer to this site. I shall keep playing and having fun, and if any issues come up, I know who to talk to! And I know my problems will be fixed promptly, making me a very happy customer. Keep up the good work! p.s. Over a month ago .. arkadium changed the diagonal sudoku. The defailts for the puzzle chsnged. No history is saved. I used to see how many i solved in a month… now you take a phone call and progress is gone. Since arkadium has become a monopoly appearing on all puzzle websites… bye bye arkadium and sudoku

I had issues getting into the site and received a very patient and thorough customer service rep who made a great effort to fix the issue and it finally worked however, this is a glitch that keeps repeating itself intermittently. I feel that the site goes down on a frequent basis.

What made my experience great was, I had a problem and the Arkadium Team fixed it. I accidentally deleted the iHeart games and couldn't get them back. I tried everything. I love playing these games because they help feed sheltered pets. I let them know what happened and they sent me a link.
