I placed order since Dec 06, but I have not receive info if my order is shipped or processed. I contacted the customer service but they keep telling me stories, something seems fishy about the company Aroma360.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Was entered into a subscription unknowingly, tried canceling multiple times and STILL was charged.

Don't do it. Did not ship and did not respond to any customer service requests after I ordered until I tried to cancel. I got an email from "Christian" customer service rep asking why I wanted to cancel. The next day my order was processed for shipping. I emailed not to ship it, but it already went out by the time he responded 2 days later, of course. They want $20 for a return charge. I already disputed the charge so my credit card will handle it. Never again.

They called to confirm my order and that I got the correct unit for the size I wanted. (order was close to $1,000) I asked about an issue I had regarding inserting a coupon, and she said she couldn't help me. All she wanted to do was upsell me on their subscription service, and I realized this was the purpose of her call. she went on to say I would have to email customer service (in the past, i have, and they have a terrible response time and if even that) I asked her why she called me if she couldn't help, and she responded that I'm an account executive and I don't deal with customer service issues, I again asked her, as an account executive, please help me solve my issue, and she started to scream that I'm attacking her, and she hung up on me. (FYI my understanding is when they have big sales they up the MSRP on their website so you should think your getting such a good deal) This is called awful customer service. Even if you can't help, you never hang up on a customer and say that you are getting attacked.. aroma 360, time to train your employees, so they show a little care and respect to your customers. What a way to lose a customer and get bad feedback. all i asked was for help, and all i got was a sales person who wanted to make another sale and could not care less about my issue.

I have a whole-house appliance from them and it works well but the oil subscription service is a dumpster fire. If you're fine with a single scent, the oil will show up every month. BUT - and here's the issue - if you want to change, you cannot get in touch with ANYONE. If you're lucky enough to have the direct contact info of someone still working there you're probably safe. But if not, or that person leaves (which seems to be revolving door), you're screwed. They don't respond to any communication and you just keep getting the wrong scent. It's frustrating given you're locked in with these people.

Aroma360 is a SCAM!! They have very good scents but they are literally ripping people off. They advertise 50ml bottles on the website for purchase however they don’t fit ANY of their products. They say it’s for the mini360 but it doesn’t fit so you’re FORCED to purchase the 120ml bottle You can’t even experiment with scents because they force you to buy the larger bottle. Not sure why a 50 ml bottle is even advertised on the website. I’ve had to pour the contents out of the 50ml into a larger bottle and swap oils. It’s a MESS. They smell good but the hassle is not worth it. Go with another provider. AROMA360 RIPS OFF CUSTOMERS. And their customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! They take forever to get back to you, give you runaround answers that don’t make sense!! An agent tried to tell me the 50ml bottles are for cleaning...Cleaning with another oil?? How stupid... chat is worthless and so is submitting an email. THIS COMPANY PURPOSELY IGNORES YOU TO AVOID TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR SCAMS.

If I could assign a ZERO star, I would! These people are are a bunch of THIEVES! Especially the owner/manager. The force you to some bogus credit financing and they even steal from their employees on their commissions. I don't give these jokers another 12 months in business. Wait until the Feds gets involved!
