Scammer. I bought $200 worth of essential oils from them over 3 weeks ago and they have not been shipped. I contacted support 2 weeks ago. Nobody answers. I sent them a message on whatsapp that is provided on their website but still no response even though it shows that they were active 15 hours ago. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back from them.

I ordered on September 22 and have received no updates since then and haven't gotten any tracking info or shipping confirmation. You bet they took their money right away. They also say here they're based in the U.S. but the phone number provided is in India.

Zero stars...first an Email saying Payment Failed..even though money clearly came out of my account....Gosh,so many messages of promises...Nothing gets shipped....just emails promising......I didn't spend a lot of money but got Chargeback at my bank...

First of all this company always responds to my questions. I’ve been a Soap maker now for five years since I retired from teaching. I started buying my essential oils from aromachology when other companies raisedtheir prices sky high after Covid. this company is based in India, so you have to understand that they cannot control the speed at which it gets through two or three different customs offices. If you plan ahead for your essential oil needs you will get the most economical essential oils from this company, if you only order one bottle of essential oil at a time, you don’t have to pay postage on it. so if you are an individual who is organized and takes stock in what they need and when they need it, this company is a great choice for you. I receive high-quality essential oils in aluminum insulated containers that are well sealed.

Would give 0 stars if I could! Ordered over a month ago, sent multiple inquires about when my order would be sent- no reply- not sent- will need to dispute with my bank.

I got a message saying "Your order was canceled because of unforeseen circumstances and your payment has not yet been refunded." After making a purchase on their site. I have yet to receive my refund or a response from them and it's been weeks! Thank god it was not a large order, but they will not be seeing me again. Do not order from them!

I recently placed an order for night blooming jasmine, bakuchi, patchouli and lemon CO2 oils. Loved the quality, especially of the bakuchi oil. Patchouli was deep and sweet at the same time. All oils came in metal containers so that was a bonus for me. Great products and service! Will order more soon.

I ordered Freesia essential oil which came very sticky and dirty the sticker was not original they replaced the sticker with Freesia on it. This smells nothing like a Freesia and its a fake not pure oil. This company operates out of India and took a whole lot of time for them to send it out. Very sketchy and oil is not an oil or not pure its sone sort of sticky fragrance. Be aware as this what i thought oil cost a lot!
