I ordered some products and reacting to them. They were just purchased and Arrae would not return the products. I emailed and the person emailing me was no help so I asked to have the manager call me and of course no reply back. I would not recommend these products after experiencing this.

Total scam. Took for 3 months did not lose a pound after 1,000 cal diet and z5 days a week cardio and exersize. They refunded me one bottle but I bought 3. Total snake oil scam.

I’ve had a really poor experience with this company. They increased my subscription without any prior notice, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, they completely ignored my emails, and when I finally got through to customer service, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses that felt more like gaslighting than support. The products are simply not worth the frustration of dealing with a company that clearly doesn’t value its customers. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Although the products were somewhat decent worked but not to the full satisfaction of what they advertise regardless of this the customer service is horrible ! Absolutely horrible and just for that do not waste your time and money on products or a company that one do not do what advertised to do and secondly do not waste you money on a company that doesn’t know how to speak to their customers with respect and integrity! There are better products and supplements out there and definitely better customer service. To be clear tried bloat aswell as the mb1 and had subscribed …. Definitely a big disappointment all around !

After a 3 month supply, i stopped the subscription when it was brought to my attention that we aren’t saving money by subscribing. When you purchase it one time, it comes with 90 gummies, the following orders with the subscription are 80 gummies. The lack of transparency threw me off. I’d rather take normal creatine that is priced fairly.

severe allergic reaction using MB-1 - my whole body is itching. The return process is not easy - ca not generate automatically a return label - not sure if they will issue a refund as well. Not happy with the product and customer service
