Almost never review anything, good or bad. But installation and service was so extraordinary, I feel compelled to compliment. On short notice, installation accommodated my deadline pressure. Everything/everyone on time, as promised. Arranged for prompt inspection by city. All personnel personable, polite, efficient - office, on-site sales, installation.

Two gentlemen came to take measurements and they were on time ,and very professional.David and Steve thanked my husband for his service when they discovered he had served in Vietnam. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of our questions.Then again on the day of installation Walter was on time and had the chair installed without any mess or delays . My 90 year old mother who had fallen and broken 3 of her ribs and was in the hospital during the whole process was so very delighted and happy when she used the chair lift . She told me after she got up the 9 steps that she had really been worried about how she was going to get up the stairs . Thank you again . We would definitely recommend your company to anyone who is needing and looking for the safety and convenience you offer .
