YOUR salesman showed pictures attaching the lift to the wall, but your installer although doing a great job attached to to the stair steps. I would have had him attach it to the other side of the steps if I had known that fact. Would you like to rectify this mistake and change it for me?

Hi Rolland, Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear that the installer did a great job, and we're sorry to hear about your frustration with the installation method. Unfortunately, all stair lift models are required to attach to the stairs, and we are not aware of any "wall-mounted" stair lift that exists on the market, so there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the photo you referenced. We'd love to discuss this with you further and get to the bottom of it. We believe you’ve already heard from our team about the possibility of moving the stair lift to the other side of your stairway. We look forward to hearing back from you. Best regards, The Arrow Lift Team
