Hello John, Thank you for taking the time to speak with us yesterday evening and explain how the scheduling delay affected your day. We are so truly sorry that our technicians arrived outside the expected window and that the lack of timely communication caused you to miss an important event. We’re grateful you also shared that the technicians themselves were helpful. We want you to know that we do truly care about you, your wife, and all of our customers. You are the reason we do what we do, and we will use your feedback to continue getting better at serving our customers. Thank you for your business and for the opportunity to learn from your feedback. Sincerely, The Arrow Lift Team
