Beautiful quality prints for artists and amazing, fast customer service (shout out Daniela!).

We placed a print order and the photographs came out pixellated and grainy - as though you had sent the images through an 80s polaroid and then added white grain throughout - it was very strange. They took two weeks to send the items as well, and customer support would take up to a week or longer to even reply to my emails. I ended up having to go through another company, and paid quite a bit more for a rush order for a client, but the print quality from the other guys ( atom prints ) was outstanding and they shipped fast. Artelo stated that they would refund my order but I had to follow up twice - I eventually received a refund on the card after stating I would need to go through my credit card company. I would be very careful ordering from them in the future - the small prints had the weird print issue, but the larger prints did not - files were prepared in the same way. Modified to three stars as they did eventually refund the order. It's possible they would be fine for prints ordered in bulk that you keep on-site, but I'm not sure they would be fast enough for a print on demand model.

Best wall art pod company! I tried several other companies before and now I work with them since 1 year without any issue. They are very professional and also helpful. You can easily try their printing & framing &shipping service!

I am using artelo for my etsy POD shop for fine art photo prints. They are very accommodating with all my questions. One time, I had an issue with the shipping provider, ( the shipper took a long time to update the in transit status )and just asked artelo what was going on. To my surprise, they made a new print and shipped it immediately even though it was the shipping company's fault. I 100% recommend them.

I've had an overall stellar experience printing with this company until some printing issues with my most recent order and the resolution was slow to come. The founder of the company reached out to me to discuss my experience. He explained that there was a faulty printer (which has since been taken offline for calibration) at the root of my issue. He offered to reprint the prints on my order that were done incorrectly and follow the process from start to finish - including a second quality check before shipping to me. This level of customer service from the owner of a company is something I've not experienced up to this point, and it really made a difference to me as a customer. I really do love printing with Artelo, as their quality, pricing and turnaround times are unmatched. I'll try printing with them again soon, as I'm sure my recent experience was a random hiccup that won't happen again in the future.

I am an illustrator based in Ireland and I ship worldwide. For any framed and print only customers based in the USA, it is ALWAYS Artelo I choose. Why? Because the attention to detail is outstanding. Plus, they don’t outsource, everything is done in-house, so it is CONSISTENTLY of a very high standard. Highly recommend.
