Installation was ok
Installation was ok. I was disappointed they did no grade the area better as they said they would. Water pools where it shouldn’t. Also there is a visible seam where they connected 2 pieces of grass. During installation was told the seam would be unnoticeable when they were done which was not the case.

\They came to our home and the price sky rocketed!! Did not use either Home Adviser guys that come because they were so expensive!!!

We understand that artificial grass is not for everyone but we have affordable prices so that everyone can have an amazing project. The whole process was handled in a very professional manner. All the work was done well within the timeframe that was provided. Our turf has been down for a year an looks like the day it was installed. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

We went with Syn Lawn while you did offer a military discount,your estimate of 1500 square feet came in the highest the orher estimates closer to 1250

After thoroughly reviewing your file I see the notes and the notes specifically state the the installation wanted the least amount of seams and because we cannot order a custom piece of grass in the size of your yard. All grass comes in 15 foot width by 100 foot rolls . So to minimize seams and patch work we offer the customer the options for least amount of seams. Unfortunately when this option is selected than there will be excessive waste. If you didn't mind extra seams we could have done your project at 1250 sqft.

I hate to see my self giving them a…
I hate to see my self giving them a 3start but I had no choice but to do that Through to to many times trying to call the. No response whatsoever to see if they can warranty my grass So happy I sold the house and I don’t have to deal with chasing them through the phone even though the owner was extremely nice and he said he will stand behind his works .

Great company to do business with
Great company to do business with. The grass was soft yet very durable. It never mashed down and looked like trampled grass. And best of all.... 2 golden retrievers approved!
