The installers came to our home and gave us a quote within days of calling and were very knowledgeable about the products. They made suggestions on which grass would best fit our family's needs and that's the type we went with. Day of installation, they were on time, prompt, professional and did a terrific job! We would recommend Artificial Grass Masters to anyone looking for beautiful grass all year long w/out any maintenance.

Part of the grass was put in pieces where it could have been one solid piece. Otherwise it looks real good.

After spending $8000 for my yard for the artificial grass, it keeps growing the weeds in the middle of the grass area. They came back to fix twice. It’s a very disappointed experience.

Claire thank you for expressing your experience, We would like to come back and evaluate the area where the vegetation has grown. Heavy Growth patterns are not typical after real grass has been removed unless the area is overpopulated and has a significant amount nut grass that especially during the monsoon season is hard to get rid of. Please contact our office right away and schedule an appointment for us to come out. Your have invested in more than a backyard you have invested in a team to stand behind you.

The Artificial grass is great and the dog loves it. However the lemon tree did not get as much water through it as we had hoped for. We had to make some small holes for the waer to get throught o the tree root.

I had bad grass they recommended and it is now recalled which is fine but still no response and they don’t want to stand behind the products installation and still have not heard from josh or Sean or anyone about the replacement of this horrible grass

I had wear after six months. I notified the installers, the owner said he would take it up with the manufacture and get back to me. That’s been over a year ago, have not heard a word. If you are truly interested In the complete story please contact me. Thanks
