We talked to several other terf companies and was very happy with the sales person we had, the price quoted, and the overall service of the entire process. A few months after we had a landscaper accidentally set his chainsaw down on the turf which of course melted the turf from the hot Muffler and created of ugly spot on our new turf. I called my salesperson Ricardo, asked what can we do??? He said "no problem I'll take care of it". He sent someone out "no charge" and you would never be able to tell where the spot was. Very happy!

The representative was great, the installation was great. We loved our turf for a year but shortly thereafter, the blades of glass began falling out and now we are left with basically the base of the turf and it looks more like carpet than a lawn. Seems to me like the product should have held up much better than it did.

At this point we are very pleased with the grass. We appreciate being able to walk on the grass and not have ants and varmints in the grass. Our neighbor's one year old daughter loves to play on the grass as well. Thank you again. We are very pleased with the grass and the service your company provides.

Many problems from the get go. Installers who do not speak English, so a lot of miscommunication. Initial estimate came up a bit short, so quilt/patchwork parts of lawn. They asked me to give it some time to see if seams laid down a bit. After a month I called and had them come back out to look at it, the lot of grass/dye/color was not available, so now I have two different color grass

Timely efficient reasonable priced work

I have had my artificial grass for over two years. I love it and the design that was laid out forvme. It makes our yard look like paradise. I get many, many compliments. I would highly recommend Artificial Grass Masters!

Installation was good. Did not spray any weed killer and weeds started showing up immediately.
