Maybe too much business going right…
Maybe too much business going right now. Excellent at telling you how they will follow up and support their product, but terrible at actually doing so! Our green after 60 days has a large gap and the ball no longer rolls true. If this happened a year from now...we’d be stuck. Communication between the office staff, sales reps, and workers/installers appears to be very poor. Don’t trust yelp reviews...everyone is satisfied right after install. It’s down the road that matters. Regrets.

The job was completed on time
The job was completed on time. But not as requested. They cut corners when an issue came up. They did not consult the customer completing the job the easiest way possible. The completed job looks good, but was not completed as requested. Do not believe your sales rep that he will supervise the job. He never showed to my job site. If you are smart, pick a different installer.

I called them to get a repair of the…
I called them to get a repair of the turf that wrinkled. Was told they would be out Thursday or Friday. They never showed or called. Poor customer service.

Only Installer I would recommend.
The communication and scheduling were great. Product was delivered on the promised day and the install was right on schedule. Great looking product. Could not be happier....
