Sales department was extremely helpful. The sample box was a great way for me to pick my Turf. They sent me contact information for a local installer and the installation came out perfect. My dog and children are so happy with our new lawn! It’s absolutely amazing! Thanks again ATS team for helping us make our lawn a dream come true.

BRAVO ARTIFICIAL TURF SUPPLY! I had a shady sore sight on the side yard of my home where no grass would ever grow. I decided to address the issue with some new artificial turf. I received multiple quotes from local landscapers/installers offering a variety turf brands. Installation charges were very competitive, but the cost of product was a big issue. I started to research buying my turf direct, and BOOM Artificial Turf Supply to the rescue. I was connected with a Mr. Batcheler who provided a lot of helpful information about product and installation. I received my sample kit within the week and man WHAT A NICE LOOKING BOX! After laying my samples out, me and my wife decided on the 50T because of mainly the inexpensive cost, but also its dark natural color and more rigid short yarn. Knowing I did not want to do the installation myself Chris Batcheler provided me with some 3rd party installation companies who would be able to provide additional quotes for the work I needed. Again all installation quotes were close and ended up working with the most trustworthy rep I met. Product was delivered by the freight company on the scheduled delivery date. Although the installation company was there to assist receiving delivery, these rolls are massive. It took a crew of 4 guys to move this thing to its new home. CRAZY! Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I will definitely be a repeat customer when I decide to pull the trigger on my next project. THANKS AGAIN ARTIFICIAL TURF SUPPLY. The team at Artificial Turf Supply went above and beyond to make sure I ordered the right turf for my residential rental. I wanted something for high traffic and no maintenance. The team nailed it! Our turf not only looks great, but requires very little maintenance. My tenants love it too, especially their dog. Would highly recommend Artificial Turf Supply.

There seems to be a wide gap between the sales pitch on the website referring to a list of ‘trade professionals’ and the language that was written by lawyers in the terms and conditions. According to Merriam-Webster a professional is ‘characterized by or conforming to the technical or ethical standards of a profession‘. The terms and conditions would lead you to believe that anybody can self-certify and be added to the list. A reasonable person could conclude that when you provide a ‘list of professionals’ that you are making a representation. Artificial Turf Supply customers will now have access to a list of trade professionals who can help you complete any facet of your artificial turf grass project, including installing artificial turf systems for your home or business. The Find an Installer form will help to locate a local professional, so you can be in complete control of your outdoor turf grass project. Installer Skill. ATS does not review or verify the information or representations set forth by Installer, as they are self-reported by Installer. Although ATS may take certain steps to examine the credentials of Installer, ATS makes no guarantees, promises, warranties or representations of any kind regarding the skills or representations of such Installer if you elect to retain their services. In my view and based on my experience, the performance of turf from ATS is directly correlated to the quality of the install and by extension the contractor. I wonder if their technical staff would agree with that assessment. It seems that the product, warranty, install and installer are inextricably linked.

We at Artificial Turf Supply take customer comments seriously. We take pride in our products and are pleased with the many positive testimonials concerning not only our products, but the results following installation of our products, appearing on Trustpilot and our website. We welcome - and invite - anyone interested in artificial turf to take a moment to look through our website and all the features and information provided. We also recognize everyone is entitled to their opinion, but it is another thing when comments purporting to represent facts, accompanying a personal opinion, either omit facts or are otherwise misleading. Warnings of any sort to the public by a customer, lacking full and complete information, are serious, which we also take very seriously. In this instance, the gentleman leaving the review clearly articulated to the Artificial Turf Supply staff in writing on numerous occasions regarding the poor installation, completed at his residence by an independent, 3rd party, State of FL licensed, installer he hired. The gentleman leaving the review submitted project details, acute insight, and project photos to Artificial Turf Supply all validating his accusations and issues of an unsatisfactory installation, identifying the cause of his matted turf issues. Additionally, the gentleman leaving the review, himself, admitted he drives his vehicle over the turf area daily and acknowledges this may have been the culprit to the matting issue. The gentleman leaving the review did not purchase directly from Artificial Turf Supply, rather, the State of FL licensed installer he hired, purchased from ATS as they have been doing for several years to support the normal practice of their business. Artificial Turf Supply maintains a customer first philosophy and has continued to offer advice and support to the gentleman leaving the review throughout his project. Artificial Turf Supply even offered the gentleman leaving the review “goodwill” product to see if he could fix/test the area of issue. It is unfortunate the project did not meet his expectations and we certainly understand his frustrations. However, it is unethical to make unfounded allegations against Artificial Turf Supply for poor design and installation; both services ATS was not hired, contracted, or paid for. As explained in writing to the gentleman leaving the review, there was no failure or defect in the turf itself and, therefore, the limited warranty does not apply. We proudly stand behind our products, should there be any warranty issues with your artificial turf material, please do let us know. We sincerely regret you were not as satisfied with your installation; however, we want to be sure full and complete disclosure is provided so that persons looking at Trustpilot reviews can evaluate opinions versus fact.

The turf options and quality are fantastic. The website is probably the best I have ever seen - filled with useful/helpful information and most important, user friendly. Customer service is spot on and efficient. Not your local 'fake grass' operation. I have had my turf for several years, still looks new and has withstood extreme desert heat and surprisingly 'snow', along with cold weather and rain. would definitely recommend!!
