My first go around with Artisan has been amazing and I owe a lot of that to Alan from the Customer Success Team. He is always helpful in finding how we can optimize campaigns, answering questions, and being a great communicator answering quickly. You are lucky if you get him as your customer success manager!

Artisan provides a pretty solid way to automate outbound prospecting. Unique content and deliverability are always challenging and time consuming when running outbound email campaigns and Artisan makes both pretty simple. Our account manager was Samantha and she was excellent in helping us get results form the platform.

Solid platform and everyone we interacted with, from Sales to CSat were great. The platform in intuitive worked well. Our business is not a high-volume lead business and we typically have very large deal size. Our use case wasn't perfect for Artisan but that's not the fault of their platform. Comparing to other "done for you" outbound models we have used, this is a much better option for someone who wants to be more hands-on in ensuring the AI drives the desired outreach.

I really like this tool! It helped us drop other tools we were using and use just one - it made the costs lower and efficiency higher. I used it a year ago and it wasn't that great but since they released a new version it is really top-notch!
