The frame is perfect! Corners are great, the frame is sturdy, the hardware bag has everything I need (and more!). The frame is exactly what I had hoped it would be. The frame was expertly wrapped, packed and the box was very secure. Thank you for NOT using USPS for shipping!!

I have used art to frames for years! I still experience the same issues. The website is slow to load and frustrating at times. I was able to get the desired frames I needed and they arrive fast. While unpacking I noticed scratches on the wood frame...not the first time! I have experienced bad miters and scratched frames in the past, I would say about 35% of the time. This time, I decided to post about it. I love the convenience of ordering from home, but for the price we pay for the custom frames, a little more quality control should be in place.

We appreciate your continued business and are glad the frames arrived quickly, but scratches and poor corner joints aren’t the quality you should expect—especially after experiencing similar issues before. Please send clear photos of the affected areas to [email protected] and mention your order number. Our team will review the frame and determine the appropriate next step.

I liked the selection and sizes of frames you offered. There was a problem with the Ontrac delivery. Driver claimed he/ she couldn’t gain entry to my apartment building. I sent instructions and it was delivered the next day

We’re glad you liked the range of frame sizes and styles, but the unsuccessful first delivery attempt added an unnecessary delay. We’re pleased your instructions were followed and the package arrived the next day.
