I call Arwood Waste I needed a dumpster that day and I talk to a lady named Marie and she was so nice and polite and got me my dumpster. When I needed it picked up Maria answered the phone and was able to get it the same day I called. I would recommend this company. I would use again.

Ok, we rented a porta potty from this company for a childrens event. We had an event set for a certain date and we had to reschedule it because of weather. We called and rescheduled it and we had to reschedule it again because of weather. So the lady I talked to told me that I needed to call three days prior to so they could schedule a pick up and that would be no problem. Two days before our event they came and picked up the porta potty. We called and because they did not put it in the computer that I had called to reschedule the pickup they would not refund us nor bring back the porta potty. I have proof on my phone that we talk to them and for how long and what time and what day. But they still would not work with us. So if you want a porta potty do not get that from this company. They are unreasonable and will not do anything to help. The rentals are for 28 days we had it for maybe 14 days.

Delivered on time. Fast and very good service, Maria was great when taking my order.
