While the actual trash service was fine, communication was almost non-existent. Several times when I called I would not get anyone to answer. Email communication was poor as well. I had our account set up to "autopay" but later found out that I still had to call in to authorize the payment. I only found this out after they sent "service disconnect" emails, which I attempted to respond to with no success. In general a very difficult company to work with; they are on our "DO NOT USE" list!

Good response time to service requests. Billing is very difficult to decipher.

Great service. My dumpsters arrived on time and were picked up when I was done with them. Sue was very friendly and answered all my questions, as this was my first time calling about a dumpster. We were selling our house and had to declutter. Our house sold in 3 days and guess what? I needed another dumpster to finish cleaning out the garage and knocked down an old shed. We couldn't have done it without those 2 dumpsters and I'm happy to say I am now living in hot humid Florida! Start decluttering now people! Call Sue and get your dumpster!!! I contacted arwood waste when I moved to my new home. I was assured that they provided weekly trash pick up in my neighborhood, both via a phone conversation and email. I signed up and was told that the local contractor would contact me within the week to tell me when service would start. Two weeks went by and I contacted arwoood waste again. I was then told that arwood waste does not, in fact, serve my neighborhood for trash pick up. Would not work with them again due to poor communication structure on their end.

Second year using this for our annual celebration. Wonderful customer service, fast and easy pick up and delivery, clean unit, reasonably priced. Definitely using them again next year!

This company is the perfect example of a ‘for-profit’ organisation with the focus solely on ‘profit’, as opposed to for-profit organisations that have the primary focus on the needs of their customers, quality service and after care. Arwood Waste was simply void of any of those positive traits, and I naturally expect that they won’t stay in business very long. After failing miserably to arrange a dumpster to be delivered at the correct time to the correct address, it became apparent very quickly they had no real competence of any kind, especially communication. Overall, my experience with them was so comical I was left wondering just how they’re even IN business. We did however get things arranged and delivered in the end and I paid them for their service and all was said and done. I would recommend looking at alternative companies before committing to this shoddy set up.
