While cleaning up some property
While cleaning up some property, I used Arwood and had no problems with delivery or pick up. Great experience!

Run away
They could never resolve my billing issues they were charging me an extra month took me approximately eight months to fix the problem and they ended up giving me a credit that was due horrible horrible horrible customer service

The fees I was charged were not …
The fees I was charged were not consistent. I was charged almost 300 dollars extra for two mattresses in my dumpster when I called to ask why I got ran around and finally told the were considered hazardous waste and they had to take them to a special dump. I have a friend that works at my local dump he said they don't charge extra for mattresses. My local trash service would have picked them up for free I found out later. I'm still irritated and will never do business with Arwood again Caleb Dudley
