We keep getting billed for days we…
Customer number 39165 a few Invoices no. 0000249176,0000248986 1.28.22 the dumpster should have been delivered as we were informed it would have been. on 02.02.22 we were notified of a 185.00 price increase. 02.03.22 dumpster was delivered. 02.11.22 the dumpster was picked up. We keep getting billed for days we didn't have a dumpster. It takes forever to get someone who might be able to help on the phone.

Afternoon Rental RO217659, I show each time you called the office an agent answered the phone and after the dumpster removal on 2/11 the 4.23 tons was recorded on 2/17 and credit wiped the demurrage days. The daily rental days is automated until the weight is entered certifying the roll off dumpster as removed from the site. Credit Memo INV-0000248986.01 was issued for the ending rental period of 2/3-2/11. Regarding the $185; this was the formal approval prior to the delivery along with the required asbestos document. Delivery could not take place until both of those elements were completed shown on 2/2, and the dumpster routed out 2/3 for delivery and 2/11 removal per your request. I sent a follow up e-mail personally of all billing documents and receipts along with a full rental time log. Sincerely, Team ASAP

I have to give 5 stars because the customer service was great! The delivery was as scheduled, the portable toilet was brought clean. I’m a very happy customer and would definitely recommend ASAP Site Services.
